Vendors FAQ:

  1. Vendors are responsible for set-up and requested to create an experiential booth, one that creates an impression on guests. Tents, tables and chairs are not required but are RECOMMENDED.

  2. All marketing activities will start 6 weeks prior to the event. Content will be shared with all of you via email to share with your audiences. 

  3. WEIGHTS ARE MANDATORY FOR YOUR 10X10 TENTS.

  4. Welcome packets with parking, load-in and vendor placement information will be sent out on the Monday before the event. If you are a new vendor and would like to see our map layout, please reach out to event staff: brandon@isgstudios.net

  5. We will take all booth requests into account and will do our very best to place you in or close to the space requested. IF YOU DO NOT REQUEST A SPECIFIC SPOT AT THE TIME OF YOUR PURCHASE WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AN ACCOMMODATION. 

  6. Vendors will be provided waters, access to food, and bathrooms. We aim to make a safe and comfortable environment for you, however it is the vendors responsibility to utilize these accommodations. If you are not feeling well before the market (or have pre-existing conditions) vendors need to make best judgement calls for their health and safety for themselves and others.

  7. PURCHASES FOR VENDOR SPACES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. If you are unable to make it before the event please contact brandon@isgstudios.net

  8. After the market Vendors are responsible for picking up all trash in their area. They should not leave any equipment, or broken furniture at the market. Vendors who are repeat offenders will not be invited back to future markets. 

  9. THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE MARKET. Cancellations due to weather conditions opt the vendors into a rollover of their payment towards a future market date.
